Your membership helps the
Carbohydrate Awareness Council (CarbAware) to continue
to work for you. CarbAware develops educational
materials for the public, health professionals, industry
and public policy makers; promotes the continued
research of nutrition and metabolism as related to
controlled-carbohydrate dietary approaches; provides
access to online resources; and develops and
communicates positions to all interested parties based
on the scientific evidence.
The Carbohydrate Awareness Council is
