The Carbohydrate Awareness Council is conveniently located near our nation's capitol, in Vienna, Virginia.  Our offices are not open to the public.  Meetings with our staff are by appointment only. 

Our office hours are 10:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, closed on all major holidays.
